Electricity, gas, water, and internet are included. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of these included utilities.
As for the downsides: the lack of Wi-Fi is a major drawback. Since it is a short-term rental, setting up Wi-Fi myself would be a hassle. Additionally, the communal entrance and foyer were quite dirty; crows would scatter the trash and make loud noises every morning. The lights in the communal entrance also failed to work at times, despite the fact that maintenance fees were paid. The cleanliness was also poor; dust had accumulated everywhere, and all the tables were soiled with other people's hair and dust. I had to clean the entire apartment myself, including the floors, bathroom, and table surfaces. While the apartment itself is decent, the service and condition were disappointing.
The host was incredibly kind and wonderful!
