This building was built in 2019. The house is bright because it has windows on two sides. The room is small but has a good sense of openness with double-paned windows without security bars. It is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
It's a 10-minute walk from Hansung University Station on Subway Line 4 and a 3-minute walk from the west gate of Hansung University. There are many buses that pass by Hansung University Station.
This is a studio apartment for rent, not an accommodation facility. Check-in is contactless, and the price is based on one person. Two people cannot use it. You should consider it just a room where you need to prepare your own bedding. There is a 3-tier mattress and simple tableware. Pets and indoor smoking are not allowed. As it is a studio apartment building, please be careful not to make noise that would disturb other households. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. However, if the room is vacant, check-in time can be moved up.
We will claim damages if the property is damaged. Cleaning fees are not charged separately, so please remove your personal trash when you check out. If you leave personal trash behind, a cleaning fee will be requested. Checking the condition of the house after check-out is only possible on weekends, so the deposit will be returned after confirmation on weekends.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
Aside from the fact that it was on the fourth floor—making going up and down a bit of a struggle—it was a comfortable place with two large, bright windows that provided excellent ventilation. I had a great stay here for six weeks.
They kindly answered my questions and were very understanding when I had to stay longer than planned. I had a good stay.
