This building was constructed in 2019. It is bright inside thanks to windows on two sides. Although the room is small, the double-glazed windows (without security bars) create an open, airy feel. It is located on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator.
It is a 10-minute walk from Hansung University Station (Subway Line 4) and a 3-minute walk from the Hansung University West Gate. Many buses pass by Hansung University Station.
This is a rental studio apartment, not a commercial lodging facility. Check-in is contactless, and the rate is based on single occupancy; double occupancy is not permitted. Please note that this is a basic room rental; you will need to bring your own bedding. A tri-fold floor mat and basic tableware are provided. Pets and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited. As this is a studio apartment building, please be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing other residents. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM; however, early check-in is possible if the room is vacant. Check-in is contactless. Pets are not allowed. Indoor smoking is also prohibited. You will be held liable for any damage to property. We do not charge a separate cleaning fee, so please remove all personal trash when checking out. A cleaning fee will be charged if personal trash is left behind. As the property inspection after checkout can only be conducted on weekends, the security deposit will be returned following the weekend inspection.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
The view was amazing, and the place was clean. The surrounding area was quiet and unique, which I really liked. I recommend it for a short stay! The host is incredibly kind and thoughtful!
It is clean and free of many bugs. It is a good place for a short-term stay.
Aside from the fact that it was on the fourth floor—making going up and down a bit of a struggle—it was a comfortable place with two large, bright windows that provided excellent ventilation. I had a great stay here for six weeks.
