I'm offering the master bedroom (with a bathroom, dressing room, and veranda) in my apartment in Chungbuk Innovation City. The previous tenant, who had been here for over a year, is moving out due to personal reasons, so I'm looking for a new tenant. I mainly use the apartment as a personal studio during the day, and there's someone who uses a small room on Thursday nights. The bed and bedding are new, and since no one is here on weekends, it's almost like having the place to yourself if you commute to work. ^^ This is for women only.
It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the Chungbuk Innovation City Terminal.
The master bedroom has its own key, and simple cooking is possible in the kitchen using the microwave. As this is a shared house, mutual trust is essential. ^^ Raising the boiler temperature above 23 degrees may cause it to break down. Please make sure to close the windows when you go out. There is a water tap on the veranda, so there is a risk of pipes freezing in winter.
