The room name is Minimi House Minimi #2. Recently remodeled, it has a warm and bright atmosphere with white and charming accessories. Naju Station (KTX), Naju Innovation City, Naju City Hall, and Dongshin University are 5-10 minutes away, making transportation convenient, and parking is easy within the building. A maximum of 2 people can stay, and in addition to the bed, there is an extra single pad and a single duvet set in the closet. Short-term business travelers, university students, and those visiting Naju are all welcome.
The parking lot is inside the building, making parking convenient. When using public transportation (Address - Condorville #206, 1389 Songwol-dong, Naju-si, Jeollanam-do) - 1 minute by car from Naju Station, 1 minute by car from Naju City Hall. - Located across from Naju Station Xi Apartment. - Naju Innovation City is 10 minutes away by car. - Dongshin University and Naju Terminal are 10 minutes away by car.
Check-in is contactless. A text message will be sent when the reservation is complete. A guidebook is provided in the room. Maximum occupancy is 2 people, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building, and pets are not allowed. A penalty will be charged for any damage to the facilities.
Naju Station and City Hall are nearby, and Naju Innovation City is a 10-minute drive away. Naju Lotte Mart is also a 10-minute drive away, and there are convenience stores and restaurants near the building. It has been cleaned and is ready for immediate occupancy.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
Here is a brief summary of my experience staying here for about a month during my student teaching practicum! [Pros] - The landlord was quick to respond and extremely kind. - The interior decor is charming and pretty. - The room lighting is very bright, making it great for taking photos. - It’s conveniently located near facilities like Naju Station and convenience stores, and the bus stop isn't too far away. - Includes a washing machine and dryer. - Includes an air freshener. - Provides about five towels. [Cons] - The building is old and shows signs of wear and tear. - The air conditioner remote control didn't work. - The rice cooker didn't seem to have enough power to cook rice properly. - The toilet area seemed damp (it seemed prone to mold). That’s about it! I had a great stay.
I was so satisfied that I would like to stay here again if I come to Naju for another internship!
