All units feature a duplex layout with high 4.5-meter ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning city views of Samseong-dong, Gangnam.
It is located a 3-minute walk from Samseong Station. Hyundai Department Store and COEX are across the street.

The cleanliness was so poor that I had to clean the place myself on the day I arrived before I could stay there. Due to the building's layout, there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, and running the ventilation fan or air purifier actually drew in the smell of food from other units, which was very off-putting. The host was kind and actively tried to resolve issues whenever they arose. While the location and facilities seemed promising, the overall experience left much to be desired.
The host was professional and the house was well-equipped, which was great.
I had a great stay because of the clean and spacious interior and convenient location.
