Bedding is provided for two people. It is a linear-style house with a central kitchen shared with the host (the host is occasionally away). It features a traditional heated floor room (*gudeulbang*), though the hot water system runs on an oil boiler. There is a separate entrance, ensuring privacy when coming and going. Pets are not allowed. A top-tier Nonghyup Hanaro Mart local food store is just 5 minutes away, offering fresh, delicious strawberries 🍓 and strawberry makgeolli.
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. The maintenance fee is adjusted upward during the summer and winter seasons. Hot water is available at all times via an oil-fired boiler, and heating is provided by a traditional *gudul* room (heated by a wood-burning fire).
The interior and cleanliness are excellent. The other tenants were so kind, too; I felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. Wishing you all the best!
