Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you use the included items excessively (exceeding 1.2 times the average usage), you may be asked to pay an additional management fee. But don't worry too much. People who live a normal life (using heating and air conditioning) generally do not exceed the average usage significantly, so there have been no requests for additional management fees in the past two years.
