🚇Transportation • [Line 7] Children's Grand Park Station, 3-minute walk, super close to the subway station (Gangnam 30 minutes / Jamsil 20 minutes) • Subway, bus stop, and village bus stop are 100m away, making public transportation convenient. • Seoul Bike Ttareungi is 100m away. • Parking in the building is difficult, but temporary parking for moving luggage is possible when checking in and out. • There is a Gwangjin Plaza public parking lot nearby.
🌕 How to Use • Check-out time: 11:00 AM | Check-in time: After 3:00 PM (However, if there is a guest checking out on the same day, check-in may be delayed until after cleaning is completed.) • Check-in is contactless. • Check-in information, such as the room's passcode, will be provided by the morning of your check-in day. • Please bring your own bedding, including pillows and blankets.
📍Location and Surroundings • A convenience store and coin laundry are a 1-minute walk away, making it very convenient. • A discount mart is a 3-minute walk away, and an E-Mart is a 20-minute walk away, making grocery shopping easy. • There are many restaurants and coffee shops within a 5-minute walk. (We will send you this information along with the move-in guide upon contract signing :) • Children's Grand Park and Konkuk University Lake are a 5-minute walk away, perfect for walks and exercise. • A Daiso is a 10-minute walk away, which is convenient. • If you are coming for work: Konkuk University and Gunja are a 10-minute walk away, Jamsil is a 20-minute ride by public transport, and Gangnam is a 30-minute ride by public transport. • It's a safe and quiet neighborhood where you can relax comfortably. ⚠️ Important Information • Please be aware that as this is a densely populated residential area, noise complaints may be received. (Please adhere to the 2-person limit, no parties or excessive drinking) • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. • Pets are not allowed. • Building parking / move-in registration is not possible. (Parking is allowed for moving in and out)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
I really liked that the living space and the bathroom were both spacious. I didn't experience any particular inconveniences during my two-week stay, though going up and down the stairs was a bit of a challenge.
