- Premium short-term rental unit; opened April 10, 2025, following professional move-in cleaning - Conveniently located within a 7-minute walk of Gasan Digital Complex Station (served by Lines 1 & 7) - Brand-new building (completed in 2024) featuring a hotel-style layout and a dry-type bathroom - Building amenities include shared spaces and a Korean-style buffet (7,000 KRW; open 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM) - Furnished with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed that converts into a single bed (accommodates up to 3 guests; an additional weekly maintenance fee of 20,000 KRW applies for the 3rd guest) - Desk and swivel chair provided - Nespresso Vertuo capsule coffee machine provided (please note: coffee capsules are not included)
- A 7-minute straight walk along the main road from Gasan Digital Complex Station (served by Lines 1 and 7)! - Bus service available from the stop right in front of the building to Gasan Digital Complex Station. - 26 minutes to Express Bus Terminal (no transfers) and 36 minutes to Gangnam Station (one transfer)!! - Zoom in on the map below to check the location of Public Gasan Building C.
- Check-in is contactless. - We will send you an information message after the booking is confirmed. - Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00 (negotiable). - A "Samsung Stand-by-Me" style Google TV is installed; feel free to move it around while watching. - Netflix (ad-supported plan) and YouTube are available (standard live TV channels are not available). (For other streaming services, please log in using your own personal account.)
- Please contact us in advance if you wish to add individual days after making a weekly payment. - Convenience store: 1st floor of the building (Open until 11 PM on weekdays, 10 PM on weekends) - Daiso: Basement level 1, Public Gasan Building A (Open until 10 PM) - Starbucks Gasan Public: Open 07:00–22:00 - Buffett Ground Fitness: Basement levels 1–2, Building B (Open 06:00–23:00) - You can hold casual meetings in the shared lounge on the 3rd floor. - This is a secure building with 24-hour on-site security personnel. - English OK
- All utility charges are included in the management fee. - Additional management fees will be charged in the event of excessive use of electricity, water, heating, or cooling.
The fact that it’s on the 19th floor is a huge plus—the view is vastly superior to other accommodations in the area! Even within the same "Public Gasan" complex, the view and noise levels can vary significantly, but this unit offers a great outlook and is high enough up that subway noise is much less noticeable. The complex's shared facilities, landscaping, and restaurants give it a resort-like feel. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by music and a lovely scent upon entering! It really showed the host's thoughtful care and attention to detail, alongside the impeccable cleanliness of the place. Above all, I could truly feel how much the host cherishes and genuinely cares for the home! It’s a shame my stay was so short. Wishing you continued health and happiness! 🙇❤️
Thanks to the host's thoughtful care, I had a very comfortable stay. I also really appreciated the quick responses to any questions I had. Above all, the spotless interior seemed to reflect the host's genuine care. I would definitely love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
Perhaps because it is a new building, it felt generally clean and pleasant. Security was excellent, with a password-based entry at the main entrance and a resident security guard. The location offered convenient transportation and well-developed surrounding infrastructure, making it quite convenient for dining and shopping. The cleanliness of the accommodation was superb, and I could feel the care and thoughtfulness put into the furnishings and amenities. The host was also kind and provided excellent guidance, making it a very satisfying overall experience.
