Relax and unwind in this cozy space after a long day. :) The other guests are professionals commuting to areas like Gangnam, Seocho, Guro Digital Complex, Yongsan, and Seoul Station. The building is very quiet and offers excellent security. ๐ Proper disposal of food waste, general trash, and recyclables is mandatory. ๐ Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided; however, you must bring your own bedding, consumables, and personal hygiene products. 1. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two adults. Visitors, children, and infants are not permitted. 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes), pets, and cooking strong-smelling foods are prohibited throughout the building, including the rooftop. (Additional fees for special cleaning will apply.) 3. Please refrain from loud behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors or lead to complaints. 4. Registering the address as a business location or for resident registration (moving-in report) is prohibited. Violation of the above terms may result in immediate contract termination without a refund, and the security deposit will not be returned. The tenant will be held liable for any damages resulting from such violations.

Overall, it was a truly satisfying stay. The accommodation looked exactly like the photos, was very clean, and was easy to find. Everything was great. One minor downside was that it would have been better if bedding and towels had been provided. However, apart from that, I was really happy with the place. Thank you! ๐

The building and rooms are clean because it's a new building. Communication with the host is also fast and good. It's good for 1-2 people to stay.
