The building is right in front of Dongbaek Station (1 minute away). The 3m high ceiling and wide windows provide an open feel. The main entrance security system and door lock ensure safer use. A printer and water purifier are installed in the common area. There are restaurants and a 24-hour coin laundry nearby. Mechanical parking is available, but parking spaces are not abundant (crowded between 9 AM and 6 PM).

I had a comfortable stay. However, the soundproofing wasn't great; I was taken aback yesterday by the moaning sounds coming from the next room. I know it's unavoidable given the building's structure, but it was still a bit awkward. ^^
It was convenient having the accommodation right in front of Dongbaek Station.
