The loft layout accommodates up to four guests, and the high ceilings create a spacious feel. It comes fully furnished, including a bed and TV. Nearby amenities include Daiso, Mega Coffee, a bakery, a convenience store, a pasta restaurant, and more. As a high-rise building in Geomdan New City, it offers a stunning view of the city lights at night! There is also a lakeside walking path right next door, making it a great spot for a stroll.
The accommodation is a 3-minute walk from Ara Station. It takes 20 minutes to Gimpo Airport (assuming no traffic) and 40 minutes to Incheon International Airport. Netflix and YouTube are available.

I didn't have high expectations, but the place was cleaner than I thought and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, so I had a comfortable stay. The location was great, making it easy to access nearby facilities, and the host was quick to respond to any inquiries. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quiet and comfortable stay.

I stayed for a week, and I was truly satisfied with my experience. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed by how neatly organized the space was; the cleanliness was excellent, which made my entire stay very comfortable. The loft structure provided distinct living areas, so the space felt open and was very practical to use. The location is also fantastic, situated right next to Ara Station, so I would definitely love to stay here again if I have the chance :)
