● You can enjoy various OTT services on TV. ● Pets are not allowed and indoor smoking is prohibited. (A special cleaning fee of 330,000 KRW will be charged if violated.) ● As this is a short-term rental business and not a lodging establishment, towels, toilet paper, and amenities are not provided. ● There are various restaurants, coffee shops, laundromats, convenience stores, etc. in the building. ● Anyang Dongan Police Station, Anyang City Hall, Dongan-gu Office, Dongan Public Health Center, Post Office, Fire Station, Anyang Gwacheon Office of Education, and Suwon District Court Anyang Branch are nearby. ● Lotte Department Store, Lotte Cinema, CGV, Pyeongchon Central Park, Beomgye Rodeo Street, and Homeplus are within walking distance. ● If property is damaged or the accommodation is damaged, the corresponding amount will be charged.

Overall, it was clean and nice. However, oil was dripping from the range hood...
The place was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed, so I had a very comfortable stay. I really appreciated that it was close to Beomgye Station yet situated in a quiet location. Thank you!
