This is a 15-story apartment building—the only one located near Gimhae Airport. The unit features three bedrooms, a living room, and two bathrooms. It is fully equipped with all essentials, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. Located just a 2–3 minute walk from the Nakdong River bicycle path (famous for its cherry blossoms) and the Gangseo Bright Center (offering a gym, swimming pool, yoga studio, and library), it is an ideal space for a relaxed lifestyle.
It is a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk from Gimhae Airport, and a 1-minute drive or 5-minute walk from Deokdu Station on the light rail line.
Check-in is contactless. The maximum occupancy is 4 people (2 Queen beds). A pet fee of 50,000 KRW applies if you bring a pet (charged once per stay). Please notify us in advance of any additional guests; if unauthorized guests are found using the unit, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you check-in and usage instructions (the entry code will be sent on the day of check-in). * Please use a single point of contact. If possible, please communicate using only the phone number of the person who made the booking.
* Before checking out, please ensure you sort your recycling and dispose of food waste and general trash properly, and tidy up the room. * The recycling area is located on the 1st floor of Building 201; enter the passageway between the "1-2-3" line and the "4-5" line, then walk to the far right end. * Units without a food waste card must dispose of food waste in standard trash bags (general waste), while recyclables must be taken to the recycling area. * A cleaning surcharge of 50,000 KRW applies if trash is not disposed of properly. * To keep costs down for you, we do not charge a separate cleaning fee; therefore, we ask that you perform basic cleaning upon checkout. * Additional cleaning fees will be charged (deducted from the deposit) if the room is left in poor condition—such as with permanent damage, stains, or lingering odors—so please take good care of the room. * Damage to wallpaper, flooring, etc., will incur repair costs of at least 200,000 KRW, which may be deducted from the deposit or billed separately. * Smoking is strictly prohibited; a fine of 300,000 KRW applies for violations. Smoking causes distress to neighbors in the same building line, so please strictly observe this rule. * You must agree to the terms regarding additional cleaning fees, repair costs, and fines before checking in. * Rearranging furniture or altering the room structure is not permitted, and you must not leave behind any personal furniture or items. * Please take extreme care regarding pet urine, marking, and shedding fur.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. Excessive use of electricity, water, or gas may result in additional charges later.
They are kind, and the house is very comfortable.
The place was spotless, and I really enjoyed my stay! I’ve sorted the recycling and placed it in the designated area, and I ran the used towels on a soak cycle before leaving, so you might just want to run a rinse and spin cycle. I intended to vacuum the whole place as well, but the vacuum wouldn't turn on, so I unfortunately couldn't do it. Since I travel to Busan for work on a quarterly basis, I’ll definitely book this place again in the future. By the way, is the deposit refunded via bank transfer? Or is the card authorization cancelled and then re-authorized?
