It's an officetel, but it's an old building, so the condition wasn't great. The response was fast, but I told them three times that the boiler was acting up, and because of the late response, I had to wash with cold water for three or four days. They said they changed the bedding before check-in, but the front and back of the pillow smelled different, so I had to request a change of bedding, and the cigarette smell was so strong that it took a while to air out. The condition was worse than the pictures, and it's basically just a studio apartment. It's a little bigger than a motel and you can cook. It's a bit disappointing for the price.

It's a clean room! It's close to Gildong Station and the laundromat. Go to the Ginza Rikyō restaurant.
