- This is a clean, white-toned house. - Living room/kitchen / dressing room / master bedroom / bathroom / shower room # 2 queen-size mattresses + 1 single mattress - Jeonju Terminal (10-minute walk) / Jeonbuk National University Sinjeong Campus (5-minute walk) / Gaeksa and Hanok Village (10-minute drive)
- Jeonbuk National University New Gate (5-minute walk) - Jeonju Terminal (10-minute walk) - Jeonju Station (10-minute drive) - Gaeksa and Hanok Village (10-minute drive)
● Check-in is contactless and will be guided on the morning of the check-in day. ● When using furniture and fixtures, please return them to their original places before check-out. ● Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM. # If you need early check-in, please inquire in advance. ● This is a short-term rental agreement, not an accommodation facility, so please bring your own personal toiletries, towels, toothbrushes, etc.
- You are responsible for compensating for any damage to the property or theft of optional items. - Please use the property cleanly, as you may be charged for the cost of restoring it if it is irreversibly soiled. - Please refrain from cooking dishes with strong odors, as they may cause inconvenience to the next guest. - Smoking (cigarettes/e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited indoors. - Please refrain from engaging in activities that may cause noise, such as loud singing or parties, to avoid complaints from neighbors. # In the event of a violation of the above special provisions, the contract may be terminated without a refund of the usage fee, and the security deposit will not be returned.
