If unavoidable, you can use the nearby public parking lot (5-minute walk). โน๏ธ Children's Grand Park parking lot is free from 10 PM to 9 AM. โน๏ธ A small washing machine is available for daily laundry such as underwear, towels, and T-shirts. โน๏ธ For bulky laundry, you can use the coin laundry 1 minute away from the house. โน๏ธ If you want separate independent spaces for 2 people, please let us know in advance, and we can install a door for the small room and set up a bed (single). ๐๐ โน๏ธ A Bluetooth speaker, Chromecast, mini oven, vacuum cleaner, 32-inch TV, refrigerator (freezer), table, side table, and reading lamp are also provided.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

I used it during the house remodeling period. I had a lot of questions before the contract, but the host was so kind and answered them, which was great! The house was clean, and it was easy to eat because it was near a food alley. They also set it up according to the number of people, so I was able to stay comfortably even though it was for a short period!
