Initially, I inquired about this host's multiple rooms listed on various sites, but only one was actually available. The host's replies were very unfriendly and curt. I finally managed to book a room, but they arbitrarily started the booking from the 24th instead of the 25th. I had many questions, but it took up to two days to get a reply, as if they weren't managing the listings properly. Due to an oversight, I unintentionally checked out 3 hours late and informed them that I would be late that day, but they kept pestering me about having guests that day without any prior notice. After apologizing on the phone, they later said there would be an additional cleaning fee of 10,000 won per hour, which I accepted, and then checked out late. Suddenly, they called again and said I would have to pay 15,000 won per hour. I accepted this, and they said they would deduct the 15,000 won per hour cleaning fee from the deposit. When I tried to get my deposit back, they suddenly sent a text message saying they would deduct the entire deposit without any prior agreement, and I still haven't received it. The room condition is good as it's new, but if you want to be treated like I was, you can book here. Host, is it okay to just take guests without proper management? If you're going to operate, do it properly, reply on time, and manage your listings.
