Suwon Starfield and Hwaseo Market are nearby, and there is a convenience store, laundry room, cafe, and restaurant within a 1-minute walk from the house. If the property is damaged or soiled, you will be charged for the cost of damages. It is cleaned so that you can use it immediately after moving in.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.

I had a pleasant stay. The bathroom was a bit disappointing, but overall, it was good value for money.
The owner was kind, and the house was cozy and nice. It was also convenient to use the Hwaseo Market public parking lot nearby. I had a good stay.
