The first floor is a commercial space. This is unit 202 out of two units on the second floor. Unit 202 is a three-room unit for exclusive use. Please inquire before booking. There are three rooms: a single room (super single), a twin room, and a 1-2 person room (queen). These rooms share one bathroom, a living room/kitchen (refrigerator, dining table, sink, gas stove, water purifier, shoe cabinet), and a utility room (washing machine, dryer, styler). The base occupancy is 4 people. There is an additional charge for more than 4 people. Please inquire in advance.

Check-in is contactless. We will send you the room password when the contract is completed. Please store your personal food in the living room refrigerator with your name on it.
Please remove hair after showering and dispose of it in the bathroom trash can. Smoking is strictly prohibited and is only allowed outside on the first floor of the building. A recycling bin is available in the living room.
If you let us know your check-in and check-out times, we will make an online reservation to have the air conditioner turned on an hour before your arrival in summer, and the heater in winter. The cost of electricity, water, gas, internet, washing machine, dryer, and clothing care system is included. If you excessively use the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
