8-65 Dongsomun-ro 8-gil, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul 1F

This is a two-room apartment with a newly remodeled bedroom and a sofa bed. Although it has an oil boiler, you can also use the ceiling-mounted heating and cooling system. As it is in a redevelopment area, there are some empty houses around the property, but the interior of the house is pleasant once you enter through the main gate. Due to the nature of a Hanok (traditional Korean house), the bathroom is located across the courtyard. Recommended for those who want to relax and unwind in a warm, countryside atmosphere in the heart of the city.
It is 50m from Exit 1 of Hansung University Station on Line 4. It is a super-prime location with a bus stop right in front of the house, 20m away. There is an airport bus.
Check-in is contactless. Due to the nature of Hanok, the bathroom is structured to pass through the yard. The maximum number of people is 3, and an additional 50,000 won per week (per person) will be charged for additional people. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Once the contract is made, we will explain the transportation and how to use it.
Hanyang Fortress, Naksan Park, and Seongbukcheon are nearby, making it a great place for a walk. There are also many historical and cultural sites related to Seongbuk-dong's cultural heritage. In addition, Daiso, convenience stores, supermarkets, whiskey bars, restaurants, cafes, famous bakeries, pharmacies, schools, and hospitals are located near the house.
The management fee includes internet, TV, CCTV, and water and sewage. The diesel for the oil boiler and electricity costs are included in the management fee, but additional charges may apply for excessive use (e.g., prolonged heating/air conditioning use).
It was a hanok truly brimming with charm and atmosphere! I stayed here with three acquaintances, and we had a wonderfully comfortable time with absolutely everything we needed. I think I’ll be thinking of this place again in the future. We’re leaving with wonderful memories! ^^
I'm leaving after having a good time.
Everything else is great, except for the parking!

I love music and art, and my current job is in design.
