As a housing rental business, we do not provide bedding, bathroom supplies, or cleaning and laundry services. There are famous tourist attractions, supermarkets, and hospitals nearby. If damage or contamination occurs to the property, compensation costs will be incurred. It has been cleaned thoroughly and is ready for immediate use upon move-in.
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Additional cleaning fees and damages will be incurred for indoor smoking.

Being right in the middle of Ungcheon city center, it was great to be within walking distance of Starbucks, Baskin-Robbins, supermarkets, and convenience stores. 👍🏻 I really enjoyed taking evening walks by the marina and had a very satisfying stay. It was a bit of a hassle having to bring my own bedding and daily necessities, but once I was there, using my own bedding turned out to be a pretty good choice! Even though it was a studio-style room, it was spacious, so I didn't feel cramped at all. I was very satisfied with the well-developed local amenities. 👍🏻👍🏻
