- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (Please contact us in advance if you wish to change your check-in time.) - Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are strictly prohibited. (A professional cleaning fee of 200,000–500,000 KRW will be charged if a violation is detected.) - Once the booking is confirmed, the contactless check-in process begins, and we will send you a message with usage instructions. - The door access code will be provided on the day of check-in, prior to your arrival.
- Parties are prohibited; you may be asked to leave if complaints arise regarding loud noise or disturbances. - Please dispose of all food waste and general trash bags at the designated recycling areas on the B1 or 1st floor upon check-out. - Personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided; please bring your own. - 1st Floor: GS Convenience Store, Ediya Coffee, Salad Shop - 13th Floor: Communal Kitchen (equipped with microwave, dining table, and chairs) - 14th Floor: Coin-operated Laundry Room (equipped with washing machines and dryers)
- Electricity and water costs are included in the maintenance fee. - However, additional charges may apply if electricity usage is excessive. (Please use the utilities carefully, just as you would in your own home.)
I had only considered the subway, but transportation turned out to be incredibly convenient thanks to the many buses heading to Gangnam and Pangyo; plus, I really enjoyed the variety of great restaurants around the Gwanggyo University area. Also, I’m so grateful for how quickly the host took care of any requests I had—it made for a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely book again if the chance arises! Thank you!
