- Check-in: 3 PM / Check-out: 11 AM - A topper (queen) can be provided upon request before check-in, but you must bring your own bedding for the topper. - Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. (The password will be shared on the day of check-in) - No smoking or pets allowed inside. - Separate waste collection is available all day Tuesday and until Wednesday morning.
- Compensation costs will be incurred if the property is damaged or contaminated. - Heating costs during the winter season (December, January, February) are an additional cost (25,000 won per week).
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
