Check-in is contactless. You will receive a brief notification upon booking confirmation, and detailed check-in and usage instructions will be sent on the day of arrival. Please ensure your chat notifications are turned on. Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00 (Adjustments possible upon request) Standard occupancy is 2 people (max. 3); a foldable floor topper and bedding set are available for an additional guest. Please dispose of all trash at the designated area on the 4th basement level and leave the unit in the same clean condition as you found it upon check-in. Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise.

No loud noise—please be considerate of your neighbors. No residential address registration (moving-in report). Upon check-out, any damage, contamination, or breakage beyond normal wear and tear will incur repair costs; these may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included items.
The place is clean and spacious, and the location is excellent. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. I especially liked that there is a door separating the rooms, so if one person wakes up earlier, they can do their own thing without disturbing the other person.

The room features beautiful Korean-style details, and the furniture and interior design are top-notch. It’s spacious to begin with, but the windows on two sides create an open feel that makes it seem even larger. The communication was excellent, too—I had a wonderful stay for the week!
