- The owner's house is on the same street, but for short-term rentals, please feel free to use the space as comfortably as possible. - For long-term rentals, there may be face-to-face meetings. - Upon reservation, we will send you the door code and important notes via text message. - There is no cable TV. You can log in to OTT services on a PC or set-top box and watch on the projector or TV. - You can park up to two cars next to the house.
- Precautions - 1. Do not pick crops - The crops in the surrounding vegetable garden, as well as plants and mushrooms that grow naturally in the mountains, are crops and the property of the landowner. Picking without permission is prohibited. (You can pick leafy greens such as perilla leaves and lettuce from the designated vegetable garden for one-time use. Please inquire in advance.) 2. Excessive use of water, electricity, and heating beyond the normal scope of use will be deducted from the deposit. 3. Pets are allowed, but if there is untreated feces, excessive shedding, or damage to wallpaper and furniture, a deduction from the deposit and a request for compensation may be made. 4. Loud noises at night can cause damage to surrounding houses and livestock farms and may result in complaints. Please refrain from making noise outdoors late at night (after 9 PM). 5. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. 6. Barbecue is available. You must prepare your own grill and charcoal. 7. As this is not a lodging establishment, personal hygiene products are not provided. 8. Please separate your trash into bags and place it in the outdoor storage. 9. There is a food waste disposer. Please dry and grind the food waste, put it in a general trash bag, and place it in the outdoor storage. 10. During the winter season, heating oil costs are included in the utility fees.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, an additional management fee may be requested. If water, electricity, or heating usage exceeds the normal range, it will be settled and deducted from the deposit.
Since it's located in the mountains, bugs do appear often, but I had a quiet and comfortable stay. It was great that everything was fully equipped, and although it was my first time in Gongju, everyone was truly kind. It’s a shame I couldn't really use the parasol, but overall, I had a wonderful time.

I had a great rest for a week!! It was so romantic to have a barbecue every evening in the yard and it was so quiet with nothing around, so it was perfect for a digital detox. I feel like I spent my vacation entirely with my family and dog, so I have a lot of lingering feelings! Daecheon Beach is about 30 minutes away, so it was nice to go out once in a while. The price is as cheap as a private pension for a day, so it's the best value for money! I'll stop by again next time I come to Cheongyang!!
