- Although the host's house is located on the street, for short-term rentals, please feel free to use the space as comfortably and freely as possible. - For long-term rentals, face-to-face interaction may be required. - Upon booking, we will send you the entrance number and important notes via text message. - There is no cable TV. You can watch content on a projector or TV by logging into the OTT service via PC or a set-top box. - You may park up to two cars next to the house.
- Important Notices - 1. No Harvesting of Crops - Crops in surrounding gardens, as well as plants and mushrooms growing naturally in the mountains, are considered crops and are the property of the landowner. Harvesting without permission is prohibited. (One-time harvesting of leafy vegetables such as perilla leaves and lettuce is permitted from designated gardens. Please inquire in advance.) 2. Excessive use of water, electricity, or heating beyond normal usage limits will be deducted from the security deposit. 3. Dogs and cats are allowed. However, failure to clean up feces, excessive shedding, or damage to wallpaper or furniture may result in a deduction from the security deposit or a request for compensation. 4. Loud noise at night may disturb nearby houses and livestock facilities and lead to complaints. Please refrain from making noise outdoors late at night (after 9 PM). 5. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. 6. Barbecue facilities are available. You must bring your own grill and charcoal. 7. As this is not an accommodation facility, personal hygiene items are not provided. 8. Please separate your trash into bags and store them in the outdoor storage area. 9. A food waste disposer is available. Please dry and grind food waste, place it in a general waste bag, and store it in the outdoor storage area. 10. During the winter season, heating oil costs are included in the utility bills.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked for additional management fees. In the event of excessive water, electricity, or heating usage beyond the normal range, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit after settlement.
Since it's located in the mountains, bugs do appear often, but I had a quiet and comfortable stay. It was great that everything was fully equipped, and although it was my first time in Gongju, everyone was truly kind. It’s a shame I couldn't really use the parasol, but overall, I had a wonderful time.

I had a great rest for a week!! It was so romantic to have a barbecue every evening in the yard and it was so quiet with nothing around, so it was perfect for a digital detox. I feel like I spent my vacation entirely with my family and dog, so I have a lot of lingering feelings! Daecheon Beach is about 30 minutes away, so it was nice to go out once in a while. The price is as cheap as a private pension for a day, so it's the best value for money! I'll stop by again next time I come to Cheongyang!!
