I thought about who would move in, and since I'm an office worker, I prepared a computer, printer, etc. Don't take a taxi after working late; relax and work at a low cost :) League of Legends is also installed. This is a detached villa, not a goshiwon, and the residents are office workers who commute to Gangnam, Seocho, Guro Digital, Yongsan, Seoul Station, etc. It is very quiet, and safety is its biggest advantage. 👉Food waste, general waste, and separate collection are mandatory. 👉Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided, but consumables and hygiene products must be prepared separately. 1. The number of occupants is limited to a maximum of 2 adults. (Children and babies are not allowed) 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited throughout the building. 3. Do not cause complaints due to loud noises or inter-floor noise. 4. Do not register your business address or move your resident registration. Violation of the above special conditions may result in immediate contract termination without refund, and the deposit will not be returned. If any damages occur as a result, compensation for damages will be claimed from the tenant.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
