- Sanggal Station on the Bundang Line is a 10-minute bus ride from the apartment's front/back gate bus stop. - There is a city bus to Yeongtong/Suwon Station from the apartment's front gate bus stop. - There is a metropolitan bus to Gangnam/Seoul Station from the apartment's front gate bus stop. - There is a direct bus to SRT Dongtan Station from the apartment's front gate bus stop. - Above-ground/underground parking is available, and we will register your vehicle for parking.
- Move-in will be conducted in person. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. - Smoking is prohibited inside the building, including in the rooms. If you smoke, you will be immediately evicted on the same day. - The following items in the common area are available for use: (table, washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave oven, water purifier, dishwasher, tableware).
- For female guests only. (Female host) - A cleaning company visits once a week to clean the common areas. - There are convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and other commercial facilities within a 5-minute walk. - The Korean Folk Village is a 10-minute walk away. - Costco and E-Mart are 1km away. - Public transportation is available to nearby universities (Dankook University, Kyung Hee University, Kangnam University, Luther University, Yongin University).
- All utility bills (electricity, water, internet) are included in the management fee. - A cleaning lady visits once a week to clean the common areas (living room, kitchen, terrace).
A clean house and a kind host. Parking is convenient, and you can use the bathroom alone. I highly recommend it.
I needed a room to stay in for a short term before moving into my own place, so I stayed here for 3 weeks! There's a bus stop nearby, so it's convenient to commute to work by taking bus 4101~~ The host was kind, so I had a comfortable stay ㅎㅎㅎ Highly recommended ❤️👍
The veranda made it feel less stuffy. It was convenient to have a private bathroom.
