This room was recently remodeled. There is one large room, one small room, and a separate living room, so even if 3 or more people stay, you won't feel too uncomfortable. The master bedroom has a bed, and the dressing room is a separate space. In the small room, we have prepared two toppers. In the kitchen, we have prepared pots, pans, and tableware so you can do some simple cooking after checking in.
It is 1 minute away from Toseong Station. Nampo-dong, Kkangtong Market, Jagalchi Market, and Gukje Market are within a 10-15 minute walk. You can go from Toseong Station to Seomyeon by subway in 10 stops, which takes about 20-30 minutes. You can also go to Gamcheon Culture Village by bus near the accommodation. Since the transportation is good, I think it is a good location to recommend to travelers. If you come by car, it takes about 10 minutes to Yeongdo Bridge.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. A separate notification message will be sent after the contract is confirmed.
Pusan National University Hospital, fire station, administrative welfare center, post office, and Dong-A University are nearby, so you can do your business without much inconvenience while you live.

It was close to the station and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, which was great. Everything was provided except for a toothbrush, so I had a comfortable stay!
It's a shame the kitchen sink is so small. Also, the small room doesn't have air conditioning, so I think it might get a bit hot in the middle of summer.
