All utility bills are included in the management fee. If electricity, water, or gas usage exceeds the amount included in the fee, additional charges will apply.
The place was clean, quiet, and wonderful. The hot water supply and water pressure were excellent, so I had no issues at all. The host was always kind and quick to respond, making my stay trouble-free. I really enjoyed my two-week stay—thank you!
