This is a shared room for two (Room C: [Haslla]). ▪️The rental rate is per person, and the room is shared with a companion or another resident. ▪️To book, you must be of the same gender as the existing resident (please inquire before booking). ▪️You are responsible for cleaning your own personal space. ※As this is a short-term rental property, regulations prohibit the provision of bedding and personal hygiene items. If you are unable to bring your own bedding, we offer a rental service for an additional fee of 10,000 KRW.

While it may not be a flashy new building or a typical hotel, here you can share your daily life at your own pace with like-minded people. I hope this place is remembered not merely as a temporary stopover, but as a shared home where each day brings a little comfort to one another😊 ▪️24-inch monitors are available for rent for those on a "workation" (※ 10,000 KRW / advance request required / first-come, first-served basis) ▪️Common areas are cleaned once a week. ▪️A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is finalized. ▪️Same-day reservations may not be possible; please inquire in advance😊
- All utility bills and shared supplies (dish soap, toilet paper, standard waste bags, laundry detergent, etc.) are included in the management fee. - Please note that additional charges may apply if electricity, gas, or water usage is excessive during the summer or winter months (usage will not exceed the limit if you treat the space with care, just like your own home).
