Our share house is a renovated top-floor residence near Gangneung Station, designed for those seeking a "workation" or simply a place to relax and unwind. Experience a leisurely lifestyle in a cozy space that reflects the unique charm of Gangneung, and enjoy the open sky from our rooftop garden. ▪️ Accommodation for 5 residents: 3 private rooms & 1 double room ▪️ Individual room door locks & CCTV security in common areas ▪️ Shared living room, kitchen, and laundry room; separate restrooms for men and women ※ We manage the gender ratio of residents to ensure a balanced mix, creating a more comfortable living environment for everyone.

This is a shared room for two (Room C: [Haslla]). ▪️The rental rate is per person, and the room is shared with a companion or another resident. ▪️Reservations are only possible if the guest's gender matches that of the existing resident (please inquire before booking). ▪️You are responsible for cleaning your own personal space. ※As this is a short-term rental property, regulations prohibit the provision of bedding and personal hygiene items. If you are unable to bring your own bedding, we offer a rental service for an additional fee of 10,000 KRW.
This isn't just a shared house where you simply split the space; it’s a place where you can rest in your own private area while occasionally sharing small, heartwarming moments with your housemates🌿 In particular, the atmospheric common areas—designed for relaxation and leisure—offer an experience that goes beyond everyday living. Sometimes, head up to the rooftop terrace to feel the breeze and sunlight of Gangneung as you quietly reflect on your day. While it may not be a flashy new build or a typical hotel, here you can share your daily life at your own pace with like-minded people. I hope this place is remembered not merely as a temporary stopover, but as a shared home where each day brings a little comfort to one another😊 ▪️24-inch monitors are available for rent for those on a 'workation' (※ 10,000 KRW / advance request required / first-come, first-served basis) ▪️Common areas are cleaned once a week. ▪️An information message will be sent once your booking is confirmed. ▪️Same-day reservations may not be possible; please inquire in advance😊
- All utility bills and shared supplies (dish soap, toilet paper, standard waste bags, laundry detergent, etc.) are included in the maintenance fee. - Please note that additional charges may apply if electricity, gas, or water usage is excessive during the summer or winter months (usage will not exceed the limit if you treat the space with care, just like your own home).

I was really satisfied with the accommodation; it was clean and comfortable overall! It felt even cozier in person than in the photos and was well-equipped with everything I needed, so I had a completely hassle-free stay. The location was great, and the quiet surroundings allowed me to relax comfortably. The host was also kind and attentive, making for a pleasant experience. I’d love to stay here again if I’m in the area :)
