This is Room D [Haslla], a shared room for two. ▪️The rental rate is per person, and the room is shared with a companion or another resident. ▪️To book, you must be of the same gender as the existing resident (please inquire before booking). ▪️You are responsible for cleaning your own personal space. ※As this is a short-term rental property, regulations prohibit the provision of bedding and personal hygiene items. If you are unable to bring your own bedding, we offer a rental service for an additional fee of 10,000 KRW.

- All utility bills and shared supplies (dish soap, toilet paper, standard waste bags, laundry detergent, etc.) are included in the management fee. - Please note that additional charges may apply if electricity, gas, or water usage is excessive during the summer or winter months (usage will not exceed the limit if you treat the space with care, just like your own home).
