- All utility bills and shared supplies (dish soap, toilet paper, standard waste bags, laundry detergent, etc.) are included in the management fee. - Please note that additional charges may apply if electricity, gas, or water usage is excessive during the summer or winter months (usage will not exceed the limit if you treat the space with care, just like your own home).
This is my second visit! I stayed here again because my previous visit was so great. I was very satisfied this time as well; the place is spotless, and it’s lovely and bright with natural sunlight during the day. Each room has air conditioning, so it stays nice and cool. The host was incredibly kind and very quick to respond to messages. I had a wonderful three-week stay!
