Experience the tranquility of daily life in a cozy space featuring the unique character of Gangneung and a rooftop garden embracing the sky. ▪️ 3 private rooms & 1 double room, accommodating a total of 5 residents. ▪️ Door locks in individual rooms and security CCTV in common areas. ▪️ Shared living room/kitchen/laundry room/separate men's & women's restrooms. ※ We manage the facility to ensure a balanced male-female occupancy ratio, maintaining a comfortable living environment for you.

(If you are unable to prepare bedding, we can rent it for an additional fee of 10,000 KRW.)

Occasionally, on the rooftop terrace, quietly wrap up your day while feeling the breeze and light of Gangneung. It may not be a fancy new building or a convenient accommodation, but quietly share your daily life at your own pace with like-minded people. We hope that every day you stay becomes a small comfort to one another, so that it is remembered not as a place to just pass through, but as a space where we live together😊. ▪️We rent out 24-inch monitors for those on a workcation (※ 10,000 KRW / Advance request required / First-come, first-served). ▪️We clean the common areas once a week. ▪️We will send you a notification message upon contract confirmation. ▪️Availability may be difficult for same-day reservations. Please inquire in advance😊.
- All utility bills and shared supplies (dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, pay-as-you-go garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc.) are included in the management fee. - If electricity, gas, or water bills are excessively high during the summer or winter, additional charges may be applied later (they will not exceed the limit if you take good care of the place as if it were your own home).
This is my second visit! I stayed here again because my previous visit was so great. I was very satisfied this time as well; the place is spotless, and it’s lovely and bright with natural sunlight during the day. Each room has air conditioning, so it stays nice and cool. The host was incredibly kind and very quick to respond to messages. I had a wonderful three-week stay!
