Hyundai Terra Tower DIMC is located at the beginning of Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Goun Intersection, Dasan-dong, Namyangju-si. It is easily accessible from Suseok-Hopyeong-ro, Suseok IC, Gangbyeonbuk-ro, and the Capital Region First Ring Expressway. There are several bus routes towards Seoul, including No. 1100 (Jamsil, Gangnam Station), No. 166-1, and No. 51 (Sangbong, Cheongnyangni Station).
Check-in is available from 3 PM on the day of contract confirmation, and check-out is by 3 PM on the contract end date. 55-inch TV (Netflix and OTT available, please use your own ID) Internet/Wi-Fi available Refrigerator/microwave/dishes/pots/kitchen utensils available. (There is a separate shared laundry room (paid) and cooking room (induction) in the building hallway, which you can use)

The response was quick and excellent, but I ended up with bad neighbors.
I had a very pleasant stay for about a month. Both the parking and the location were convenient for me. However, it was a bit inconvenient that there was no induction cooktop in the kitchen. It would have been helpful to at least have an electric kettle so I could boil water inside the unit, but I had to use the communal kitchen instead.
I had a good rest.
