All utility bills, including electricity, water, gas, and internet, are included in the management fee. However, excessive use of gas and electricity may result in additional charges to the management fee. The price is for up to 3 people. For stays of 4 or more people, an additional 50,000 KRW per person per week will be charged.
The house was spacious, cozy, and very nice. The previous accommodation I stayed in had such a strong odor that the comparison was even more stark! I wanted to extend my stay for another month, but there was already a next tenant, so I had to move to another place. It was so good that I was sad to leave!

It was much more spacious and cleaner than I expected, so six of us were able to live comfortably. In particular, there were quite a few romantic elements such as a mini movie theater (beam projector) and a mini karaoke room, so it was nice to live with friends, and it was good that other necessary items were well-equipped.
