The management fee includes all utility charges (electricity, water, internet, heating/cooling, and furniture usage fees for fully furnished items). However, if the meter reading indicates that the usage exceeds the average (estimated), additional charges for the excess usage will be billed before or after the short-term rental period ends. Therefore, we recommend using heating/cooling at an appropriate temperature. Please also check that the heating/cooling and electricity are turned off and the water is shut off when you go out.
