- This is a detached house with a yard. - It has 1 room, a living room, a kitchen, and 1 bathroom (with a bathtub). - Basic bedding for 3 people and tableware are provided. - Towels and personal toiletries are not provided due to policy. - There is a beam projector and a Bluetooth speaker. - There is a small lawn yard, perfect for relaxing while looking at the sky. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- It is a 9-minute walk from Namchuncheon Station. - Parking is available in front of the house and in the alley.
- Check-in is contactless. - Instructions for use will be sent via text message on the day of check-in. - Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 12:00.
- A stream flows 3 minutes from the house, so it is good for jogging and biking. - The National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives and a large mart are within a 10-minute walk. - There is a 24-hour convenience store right next to the house. - Kangwon National University Hospital and Hallym Sacred Heart University Hospital are both within a 10-minute drive.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may apply for excessive use.
It was a cozy and pleasant stay. I’d likely stay here again if I come back to Chuncheon.
