Suyu Station is a 7-minute walk away, and Suyu Market and Daiso are 3 minutes away. Hospitals, banks, government offices, etc. are all nearby. You can use public transportation to get to downtown Seoul, including Gwanghwamun, Jongno, Yeouido, and Gangnam. The interior of the room is prepared with clean, high-quality materials. The middle door installed in the officetel is very effective for windproofing and soundproofing. The owner manages it directly.

- Check-in is contactless. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. - Pets are not allowed. - Refunds are not available after check-in.
- Additional charges will be applied if the property is damaged or soiled. - The property is cleaned thoroughly and ready for immediate use upon check-in. - Government offices, hospitals, banks, restaurants, markets, and bus stops are all within a 3-5 minute walk.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
