This is Toto House, located in Yeonhui-dong near the North Gate of Yonsei University. We are currently preparing for move-ins following a renovation featuring a modern design. Situated on the first floor, this unit is a "separated studio" layout where the bedroom is distinct from the living room (which includes a kitchen), providing a spacious and comfortable living environment suitable for one or two people. It is a cozy living space offering convenient transportation—including a bus stop just a 15-second walk away—as well as easy access to local amenities, Yeonnam-dong, and the Hongdae area.

The unit is located on the first floor, not in a semi-basement. (A foreign guest who previously stayed at Toto House left a kind review, but it appears to mention a "semi-basement" due to a translation error. Please note that it is on the first floor, not a semi-basement.) Check-in can be conducted either in person or via a contactless method. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a guide with check-in instructions the day before your arrival.
