- Please make yourself comfortable during your stay and feel free to contact us if you need anything. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. * Please note that the following are not permitted: - Change of address registration - Storage of moving items using a ladder truck or excessive luggage storage. - Use of items that pose a fire risk (e.g., scented candles), loud noises, parties, or any other noise-inducing activities. - Indoor smoking, pets: If indoor smoking or pets are present, you will be immediately evicted, and an additional cleaning fee will be charged. (Professional cleaning service costs 400,000 KRW) - Repair costs will be charged for any damage or destruction of property. - If you require additional options beyond the current setup, please inquire separately, as additional costs may apply. ** In case of contract violation, the contract will be terminated, and no refund will be issued.
