Due to the popularity of Relax Studio 2, it was booked early. So, we upgraded some features (expensive large king-size mattress, expanded storage space such as wardrobes, clothes dryer, etc.) in the same building and with the same structure as Studio 2. ^^ We have made our best efforts to ensure that guests can stay in a more comfortable and cleaner environment rather than just for show. ^^
Jeongeup Station, Express Bus Terminal, and Jeongeup IC are approximately 5-10 minutes away by car. The city bus stop is a 3-minute walk away.
☆Standard occupancy: 2 people ☆Check-in is after 3 PM, check-out is before 11 AM (contactless) ☆If excessive utility bills occur beyond the average, the additional amount will be deducted from the deposit. ☆Pets and exceeding the number of guests are prohibited without the host's consent. ☆Indoor smoking and grilling of meat or fish that produce a lot of smoke are prohibited (if this occurs, a separate cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit). ☆This accommodation is for daily living use only; any other use is prohibited.

Excessive use of utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) beyond the average, indoor smoking, and grilling meat or fish that produces a lot of smoke or odor (triggering the fire alarm) will result in deductions from the deposit for additional utility fees (cleaning fee). Therefore, please manage the property as if it were your own home. ^^

The room was clean, quiet, and nice! ㅎㅎ It had everything I needed, and I had a pleasant week-long stay.^^ There's a convenience store right in front, and many restaurants just a short walk away! Highly recommended 👍👍👍 And the owner is kind.^^ Wishing you wealth~❤️
Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all provided, and it was nice to have detergent and fabric softener as well. It was a bit disappointing that there were only small pots and plates available. Thanks to you, I had a good stay.
