Although not heated, the pool is available for free use, and BBQ facilities and a cooking area are also provided. It's in an optimal location near Hongdae and Yeontral Park.
Walking directions (Hongik University Station → The Yeonnam Space) Exit Hongik University Station through Exit 3. Continue walking towards Donggyo-dong Samgeori. Pass Cafe Gongmyeong. Go down the stairs on the left in front of Cheong23. After going down the stairs, follow the path and you will see the sign for The Yeonnam Space. It will take about 7-10 minutes if you walk slowly! 😊
Move-in is contactless. We will send you a move-in guide message upon completion of the contract.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, in the case of excessive use, additional charges may be applied for electricity and water.
