It offers good value for money. However, I would appreciate it if you could make the pool area ready for use. Also, the drain is clogged.

Here are my observations from a one-week stay. Please keep these in mind if you are considering renting the place. [Pros] 1. Location: Excellent location, just a 5-minute drive from Woljeong-ri Beach. 2. Price: Great value for money. 3. Grass Yard: Children can play freely in the yard. The best feature! 4. Spacious living room and kitchen; convenient layout for daily living. 5. The landlord is very kind; they respond promptly to questions and help resolve issues. 6. Strong water pressure; the kitchen is stocked with necessary utensils and tableware. 7. Includes an LG dehumidifier, keeping the living space comfortable and not humid. 8. Air conditioners work well (one in the living room, one in the bedroom). [Things for tenants to prepare / Potential downsides?] 1. There is an abandoned, unfinished building right at the entrance of the village (and the housing complex), which made my family feel a bit uneasy. 2. Although there are several houses in the complex, they aren't actually occupied, so it gets very dark after sunset. 3. Remember that this is a rental service, not a hotel/accommodation service. You need to purchase and prepare various living essentials and handle cleaning yourself. 4. (Depending on your standards) A deep clean might be needed on the first day. (I bought cleaning supplies at Daiso to clean the place; washing bedding, dusting floors, and cleaning the bathroom were necessary.) 5. Appliances that aren't technically broken but seem like they are: - Vacuum cleaner: Very weak suction; the connection point is taped up. - Electric fan: Very dusty (it was tied shut, so I couldn't clean it). - Washing machine: It works, but errors pop up occasionally (regardless of the load size). There is a coin laundry in Woljeong-ri (budget around 10,000 KRW for wash + dry). 6. Property characteristics: There are bugs. Very small insects and mosquitoes occasionally appeared in the room, so it was necessary to close the door quickly whenever entering or leaving. 7. The pool in the yard wasn't draining properly at first (I appreciated that they promptly called a leak repair service so the pool could be used). However, there was a leak somewhere; if the pool was filled, the water level would drop by about the height of one tile by the next day, requiring it to be refilled. If the water was left in the pool, insects would fall in, requiring them to be scooped out with a net the next day.
