- The sea is a detached house, so there are no nearby houses, and you can relax on the balcony until late. - Downtown tourist attractions such as Tongyeong Undersea Tunnel, Passenger Terminal, Seohomarket, Chungnyeolsa, Seopirang, and Jungang Market are within a 5-10 minute walk. - There is a large mart and convenience store within a 3-minute walk, making it convenient to shop. - The sunrise in the morning is very beautiful.
- Take bus number 400 or 442 from Tongyeong Intercity Bus Terminal, get off at Haejeo Tunnel Station, and it's a 3-minute walk. - You can park your car in the space next to the house. Up to 3 cars can be parked.
- Check-in is contactless, and leftover food should be placed in the food waste disposer. - As it is located by the sea, pests may enter if the doors (front door, living room door) are left open. Please always keep the screen door and front door closed. - One 20-liter general waste bag is provided free of charge. - Pets are allowed for an additional fee (50,000 KRW - for laundry), and pet pads and bowls are provided.
- All necessary household items are provided, including a washing machine, dryer, water purifier, toaster, coffee pot, hair dryer, hair straightener, sanitary products, large TV (86 inches), wireless internet, and Bluetooth speaker. There is a top-of-the-line massage chair, which is great for relieving the fatigue of the day.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
It’s a great location for getting around anywhere in Tongyeong. The service was friendly, and I had a great stay in a nice room at an affordable price! There’s a front yard area, too, which makes it convenient to clean up after a fishing trip.
It is conveniently located for getting around and offers a great ocean view. The sea breeze was cool, so I didn't need air conditioning at night.
1 Facilities: Everything was provided—you really only need to bring a toothbrush—making the stay very comfortable. 2 The house was incredibly cozy. 3 It rained heavily in Tongyeong for two days, so we stayed indoors, but the house was so nice that we still had a great time. You can go fishing right across the street. Just bring a toothbrush. We had a wonderful time resting and relaxing here.
