Popular cafes (such as Blue Bottle) and renowned restaurants are located nearby.
- It is a 5–7 minute walk from Hongik University Station (Line 2, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and Airport Railroad). - You can take local buses and other public transport from the bus stop right in front of the building.

- As I currently reside in a different area, this apartment is operated under short-term rental agreements. - Please inquire separately if you are interested in a long-term rental. (Availability will be assessed based on your requested dates.) - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited. - The property may not be used for purposes other than residential accommodation. - Due to the nature of short-term rentals, disposable items and personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, extra toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.
- All utility charges are included in the management fee. - If electricity and gas usage is excessive (compared to the monthly or weekly average), additional charges may be requested upon check-out.
I had a comfortable stay in such a clean and lovely home. I would definitely love to stay here again.
Although it is listed as having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is more like 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There is no bed in the third bedroom, and showering is not permitted in the en-suite bathroom. There was a lot of dust everywhere, and the bedding smelled bad. We had to do our own cleaning. It was inconvenient in terms of amenities—there were no towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. Overall, not the best choice for travelers.
