*Set up for one person. This two-room unit consists of a bedroom (with one super-single bed) and a dressing room for storing clothes and luggage. Bedding, toiletries, and consumables are not provided.
There is a bus stop within a 3-minute walk. There is a CU convenience store within a 5-minute walk. Wonju Station is a 4-minute drive away. Nonghyup Hanaro Mart is a 2-minute drive away. A self-service laundromat is a 2-minute drive away. Easy access to the beltway makes traveling to Munmak, Donghwa District, and Innovation City convenient.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Heating is provided via a kerosene fan heater. You are responsible for purchasing and refueling the kerosene yourself. Kerosene containers are available for rent if needed. All utility costs, except for heating expenses, are included in the management fee. Excessive use of included utilities may result in a request for an additional management fee. Bedding, toiletries, and consumables are not provided.
Yonsei University Mirae Campus, Halla University, and Gangneung-Wonju National University are located nearby. The Heungeop Dulle-gil (walking trail) is also close by, offering great spots for walks along streams, farm roads, and mountain paths.
