If the management fee is over 300,000 won, you must pay the entire additional amount. The management fee will definitely be higher. The management fee was 680,000 won, and I prepaid 100,000 won per week. Logically, I should only have to pay an additional 280,000 won. This amount includes the expected wear and tear on the internet, induction cooktop, wallpaper, etc. You should assume that you will definitely have to pay more for water, electricity, and heating.
