This is a modern room with a clean white tone. It is equipped with basic items, so you will not be inconvenienced if you stay for a short time. If you stay for a long time, you can use the gym on the 2nd floor. There is also a self-service laundry room on the first basement floor.
This is a fully-equipped studio apartment for one person, located a 1-minute walk from Gagyeong Terminal. Daiso and Starbucks are also a 1-minute walk away. A 24-hour grocery store and major commercial district are within a 5-minute walk. Chungbuk National University is 3km away. Cheongju Industrial Complex is 2.3km away.
-Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with information on how to move in and use the facilities. -Move-in is contactless. -We will do our best to accommodate your check-in and check-out times. -Smoking is prohibited indoors. E-cigarettes are also not allowed. -Parties and noise are prohibited (to prevent complaints from neighbors). -Pets are not allowed.
