■ Pets are not allowed. ■ No smoking indoors, no strong-smelling food, no parties. If any of these rules are violated, a cleaning fee will be charged (professional cleaning service fee of 150,000-300,000 KRW). ■ If furniture/wallpaper is damaged, bedding is soiled, or fixtures are broken, lost, or damaged, an additional fee will be charged (deducted from the deposit immediately upon check-out inspection). ■ This is a short-term rental of a space, not an accommodation establishment. ■ Please observe common courtesy as a resident. ■ No move-in registration is allowed. ■ No same-day reservations. No prior visits. Please make reservations with a certain period in advance (facility inspection, cleaning inspection required). ■ Please cooperate with regular maintenance visits such as unit disinfection and meter reading during the rental period.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee. We will check the meter readings before check-in and after check-out.
I had a comfortable stay. It’s just a one-minute walk to Dongbaek Station with plenty of shops nearby, and since it’s an officetel where many people actually reside, it felt relatively safe. Thank you.
