Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. (If caught, a special cleaning fee of 200,000-300,000 KRW will be charged.) There is no cleaning fee, but we ask that guests tidy up and separate recyclables upon check-out. Bedding and personal hygiene products are not provided, so please be sure to bring your own.
There are E-Mart 24 convenience stores, GS25 convenience stores, and laundromats in the shopping center at the apartment entrance. If the property is damaged or soiled, you will be charged for the damages. Please dispose of your trash at the designated collection point. Please do a simple cleaning and tidying up when you check out.
Excessive use of included items may result in additional charges.
